We will care for your property while you are away and make it ready and fit for immediate REST AND RELAXATION  when you come to enjoy it.

We can air the house, turn on the heating and hot water, fill up the fridge and wine rack, ready the boats and do anything else you may ask for, so that your leisure time is just that.

If you want repairs, improvements, redecorating, window cleaning or gardening done, let us organise a reliable local contractor to do the work while you are away.

In the event of storm or criminal damage, we can pick up the pieces, and deal with insurance assessors, police etc.  No need to drop everything to deal with the problem, we are on the spot.

Sending friends or family to use the house or boat?  We can call in and show them where everything is, and check round and close up after they have left.

If you want to rent out your property when you are not using it, we can organise that too.  We can handle the marketing, bookings, and manage the monies.  Also we could be a personal contact for tenants, and act as keyholders.
